Enjoyed by little children, seniors, and all ages in between over the years, what great memories this place must hold for many families and individuals. From the long climb up, (originally121 stairs) to the sheer 100 ft drop, attaining great speed and the thrill of the few seconds to the bottom of the slides, only to be repeated as many times as possible each day you could go there. The steps, and other parts still remain, plus the memories cannot be taken from us. 

Gerrylea Ferriter has been commissioned by Terrence Camodeca, to make a 36" x 48" oil painting of what the slides looked like years ago. This painting will be a traveling piece of Art for all to see in various places, city halls, libraries, retirement homes, and almost any place that would like to contact the Owner, Mr. Camodeca, of Orland Park. A percent of profit generated by the Swallow Cliff prints will be donated to Misericordia and the Salvation Army.
